2017年5月9日，实验室技术委员会举办2017年工作会议。11位技术委员会出席了会议。黄开竹教授、谭煜东博士、Satoshi Naoi博士、孙俊博士、肖继民博士进行了工作汇报。
2017年11月10日，实验室主办了2017年国际人工智能与网络安全峰会。来自学术界、工业界和投资界的多位专家学者进行了主题报告,共有近１００名专家、学者、研究生参与了会议。
2017年9月20日，实验室成员Joseph Kim博士进行了题为“Energy-Efficient Time Synchronization Achieving Nanosecond Accuracy In Wireless Sensor Networks”的报告。
